The Dreemurr family is the current and only known dynasty of Boss Monsters ruling as monarchs over the Ulbanuq; its patriarch, Asgore Dreemurr, serves as the people's king. Biological members born into the Dreemurr family share the BAD200003111E2000 gene, making them good people but dreadful with names. It is also noteworthy that if Toriel, Asgore's estranged wife, is included among them, the Dreemurrs comprise the only known Boss Monsters in any split of Timeline Alef.

Members

Pre-first generation

King Uropod Dreemurr was the first known king of the Ulbanuq, with a questionable relationship with Human Arda.

First generation

King THEISANT Dreemurr was the king of the Ulbanuq at the very beginning of the Ulbanuq War, succeeded by his son Crêrefae Dreemurr. During Theisant's reign, there is a possibility that humans and Ulbanuq saw him as a sort of deity, beginning the tradition of capitalizing the names of the Dreemurrs. Theisant seems to have been reluctant to accept this; while the Dreemurrs are no longer seen as gods, their names continue to be capitalized in legal papers and text bubbles.

Second generation

King CRÊREFAE Dreemurr was a king of the Ulbanuq during the Ulbanuq War, preceded by his father Theisant Dreemurr and succeeded by his stepson Reven a'Dreemurr. Duel-natured, he harbored both an immense love for his people and a ruthless hatred for humanity.

Third generation

General MORSE Dreemurr, as the only biological son of King Crêrefae Dreemurr, could have pressed his claim to the Ulbanuq throne, but instead chose to become a military general. Communication between he and the Ulbanuq Kingdom was lost shortly before the Ulbanuq War ended while he was on a mission to infiltrate the Roman Empire.
King REVEN a'Dreemurr was a king of the Ulbanuq during the Ulbanuq War, preceded by his stepfather Crêrefae Dreemurr and succeeded by his son Asgore Dreemurr. Compared to Crêrefae, a'Dreemurr was reluctant to aggression in the war and had an exceptionally short rule.

Fourth generation

MORSE Dreemurr, called Lesser Morse Dreemurr to distinguish him from his father, Morse Dreemurr, is the son of Morse Dreemurr. He could also be dead. It's unclear.

Fifth generation

Through marriage

Evengulf Dreemurr was, as the wife of Crêrefae Dreemurr, a queen consort of the Ulbanuq during the Ulbanuq War. She and her husband were said to fuel each other's SOUL power; thinking of each other, they could channel great love—and hate. Evengulf was also the biological mother of both General Morse Dreemurr and King Reven a'Dreemurr.

Etymology

The Dreemurrs' names all tend to be of unknown origin; nevertheless, their meaning can easily be discerned if one simply rearra [sic]

Notes

  1. Chara's relationship with the Dreemurrs is ambiguous. Potentially, they could have been raised by the Dreemurrs, adopted by the Dreemurrs, both, other, or any combination of the above.
  2. See above.
